Redevelopment of Willow Run Golf Club in Pewaukee Could Advance

Willow Run Golf Club in Pewaukee is set to be voted on by the city’s Plan Commission this Thursday. The plan includes 283 garden-style apartments, 160 for-sale single-family homes, and 27 for-rent single-family condominiums. A 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with amenities like a pool and fitness center is also included. The project preserves 38 acres for green space and trails. If approved, the plan would go to the Common Council on June 2. The golf course would close, and construction is expected to take two years.
