The Couture has officially been crowned Project of the Year by The Daily Reporter!

This 46-story tower didn’t just change Milwaukee’s skyline — it made history. At 517 feet, it’s now the tallest residential building in Wisconsin, and it just took home Best in Show at the Top Projects Awards — by a single vote!

After 10+ years of vision, planning, and teamwork, this project is a true celebration of design, engineering, and craftsmanship. Massive kudos to the powerhouse team behind it all: Findorff, Barrett Lo Visionary Development, RINKA, GRAEF, Staff Electric, Butters Fetting, Thornton Tomasetti, Giles Engineering Associates — and everyone who made this iconic project a reality.
