New Brunch Spot Coming to Brookfield, WI

Plans have been submitted for a 7,600-square-foot brunch restaurant at 315 S. Moorland Road in Brookfield, as part of a $9 million, two-building development.

The restaurant will be located on a former parking lot of the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, alongside a new Charles Schwab office set to open May 19. Construction on the project could begin late summer, with the restaurant potentially opening in early 2026.
