Next phase of Sona Lofts in West Allis to move ahead

RINKA is excited to partner with Mandel Group on the next phase of SoNa Lofts, building on the momentum near the West Allis Farmers Market.

Phase II will add 117 apartments across two new buildings at 1600 S. 66th Street, featuring a clubhouse with coworking and wellness spaces, outdoor patios, and a ground-floor retail space connecting to Makers Row.

This expansion follows the success of SoNa Lofts Phase I, which opened in 2023, and continues the vision of creating a vibrant, walkable district that blends living, dining, and community.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with first occupancy in mid-2027.
