Next Phase of Lakeshore Commons Moves Forward in Oak Creek

The next phase of Oak Creek’s Lakeshore Commons development is taking shape, with construction well underway on Summit, a two-building apartment complex that will add 132 new residences to the growing lakefront community.

Since breaking ground on the first phase, Lakeshore Commons has transformed 66 acres of former industrial land into a vibrant, walkable community featuring apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, and public amenities like trails, sports courts, and a hammock park.
