The West End buildout at The Corners clears early approvals

The final phase of The Corners of Brookfield cleared key early approvals Wednesday night, moving an expansion closer to construction.

The town of Brookfield Architectural Review Committee granted preliminary design approval for The West End project, followed by Town Board action approving a conditional use permit for a compact planned unit development and granting both conceptual and preliminary approvals.
