Marquette University’s AI Lab helps Wisconsin real estate firms utilize AI

As artificial intelligence gains momentum nationwide, Wisconsin real estate companies are looking for ways to lead, and Marquette University’s AI in Real Estate Lab is helping to drive that effort. 

The lab brings together real estate development professionals and students to share AI practices and collaborate as the technology evolves. The initiative was created by Andy Hunt, inaugural executive director of Marquette’s Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership, in partnership with Milwaukee-based Cobalt Partners and Brookfield-based MLG Capital.
