2025 Real Estate Awards Finalist: The Symphony

“As the inaugural project in the planned 25-acre OneNorth redevelopment in Bayside, The Symphony was designed to set the tone for a vibrant, connected community at the intersection of North Port Washington and West Brown Deer roads. Featuring 98 apartments built above ground-floor retail spaces and the future home of the North Shore Public Library, The Symphony opened to residents in the fall of 2024. There’s a mix of junior one-bedooms, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The building's U-shaped design creates a central gathering space designed for outdoor movie nights and farmers' markets. Building details draw inspiration from and complement the mid-century modern aesthetic of the surrounding neighborhood. Resident amenities include a clubroom that opens to an outdoor patio with grilling stations, co-working spaces, a fitness center, a pet spa and secured bicycle storage. The total development cost of The Symphony was around $41 million, including more than $5 million for infrastructure that will support the overall OneNorth development, Cobalt Partners previously told the Business Journal.” - Milwaukee Business Journal
