Next phase of OneNorth project in Bayside could include health club, grocery store

A new chapter is moving forward at OneNorth in Bayside. Cobalt Partners has announced plans for a mixed-use building featuring 180 apartments, a 60,000-square-foot health club, and a 50,000-square-foot full-service grocery store.

The four-story building would bring residential units above everyday amenities, positioned on the western side of the 25-acre site along I-43. It builds on what’s already taking shape at OneNorth, including a 98-unit apartment building with retail and the new North Shore Library, set to open in early February. A 153-unit senior living community is also under construction.
