Mandel Group to Begin Construction on 270-Unit Oconomowoc Apartment Development

Mandel Group has secured financing for the 270-unit Norden Range apartment development in Oconomowoc, built on part of the former Olympia Resort. The project, offering a rental design close to single-family living, features one-, two-, and three-bedroom market-rate units with private entrances. On-site amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool, car wash center, bike repair shop, and dog runs.
