SoNa Lofts Phase II expands the vision of a vibrant, connected district near the West Allis Farmers Market and Makers Row. Building on the success of Phase I, which opened in 2023, this phase introduces new residences, retail space, and community amenities. The design is inspired by West Allis’s industrial heritage, balancing bold simplicity with contextual details that tie into the character of the surrounding development. Clean proportions and strong silhouettes establish a modern presence, while rhythm, light, and contrast bring warmth and personality.

Brick, dark metal, and wood accents are used with purpose and restraint, reflecting refined industrial practicality and ensuring durability through low-maintenance materiality. Floor-to-ceiling windows are strategically placed to maximize natural light and create moments of openness that connect interiors with the neighborhood. Shared amenities, including a wellness lounge, fitness center, coworking space, and outdoor patios, reinforce the community-centered vision of the project.
