As the next chapter in the Lakeshore Commons master plan, Summit brings 75 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments to Oak Creek’s lakefront. The 91,500-sf building features four stories of wood-frame construction over a precast podium, with 106 parking spaces split between underground and surface stalls.

Our design blends fiber cement, metal panels, and EPDM roofing into a clean, modern exterior that complements the surrounding community. Inside, residents enjoy a fitness center, spacious lounge, and direct access to green spaces and lakefront trails—advancing the vision of a vibrant, wellness-focused neighborhood.
