COAST @ Lakeshore Commons
The Coast acts as an extension of the overall Lakeshore Commons development in which it resides. Creating consistent brand recognition within the development provides a strong brand presence and brings a familiarity to each project by giving residents a sense of community. RINKA developed each apartment and townhome brand within Lakeshore Commons to appear consistent, yet have their own identity that speaks to the amenities, location, and overall aesthetic of each project. Working closely with the architecture and interior design teams, the branding extends beyond the logo, color palette and patterns developed and reaches into the interiors of the buildings to provide a holistic experience to residents, visitors, and the Lakeshore Commons community.
