Located along Greenfield Avenue in West Allis, Axis Apartments is positioned at the threshold between quiet residential neighborhoods and a vibrant urban setting. Featuring 42 garden-style homes and 105 apartments, this project connects residents to convenience and character. Drawing inspiration from the site’s surrounding context and the former church that once existed on the site, the project’s intentional architecture echoes throughout the design. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities including an outdoor firepit, grilling patio, dog run and spa, leasing office, clubroom, and fitness center. As West Allis continues its cultural and economic revitalization, Axis contributes a unique voice to the community’s next chapter.
